Change of Mind
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
If you do change your mind, please let me know within 14 days of delivery. Items should then be returned within 14 days of letting me know.
I kindly ask that items are returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and handled only as needed to inspect them.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
As each piece is carefully made, I may need to make a small deduction from your refund if the item shows signs of excessive handling.
Faulty or Damaged Items (Your Legal Rights)
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact me within 14 days of delivery at: [email protected]
Including your order number and a few clear photos of the item and packaging will help me resolve things as quickly as possible.
Depending on the situation, I will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund. I may ask for the item to be returned before arranging this.
Any return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items will be covered or reimbursed.
Please do not return items without contacting me first, so I can guide you through the process.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your sculpture arrives visibly damaged, I would appreciate it if you could:
- Take photos of the packaging before opening (if possible)
- Take clear photos of the damaged item
Then get in touch within 14 days so I can put things right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or commissioned pieces
- Personalised items
Refund Process
Once a return is received and inspected (where applicable), refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
