All orders are processed within 7 days. Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Pricing

United Kingdom:

Orders within the United Kingdom are shipped via Royal Mail using small parcel services.

1. Tracked 48 (2-3 business days): £3.65
2. Tracked 24 (1-2 business days): £4.65

International Shipping

I aim to ship worldwide where possible using Royal Mail International Tracked services. However, some destinations may be unavailable due to postal restrictions or service limitations.

Estimated shipping costs:

1. Europe: £8.00–£16.00*
2. United States: from £13.00
3. Rest of World: £10.00–£19.00*

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where possible and may vary depending on order value, weight, and destination.

Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and local postal services. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier and is outside of my control.

EU Orders & Import Information

Orders shipped to countries within the European Union may be subject to EU customs procedures.

Any applicable import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees, or other charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please check your local import regulations before placing an order if you are unsure whether charges may apply.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, and local handling charges may apply depending on your destination country's regulations.

1. European Union: Import VAT, customs duties, and/or clearance fees may be payable on arrival.
2. United States: Any applicable duties and taxes must be paid in advance at the time of placing your order.
3. Other International Destinations: Any import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If customs charges are not paid and a parcel is returned to me, any original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, or other fees incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Eco-friendly Packaging 🌱

I am committed to making my packaging as kind to the planet as possible. All orders are packed using eco-friendly, recyclable materials, carefully selected to protect your tiny sculptures while minimising environmental impact.

Lost or delayed packages

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are unfortunately beyond my control. If your package is delayed, I recommend checking your tracking information first, then contacting your local post office for further assistance.

While I will do my best to support you where possible, please be advised that I cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or stolen once they are in transit. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to get in touch!

Adjusted Shipping Charges

In some cases, the final shipping cost may be slightly lower than the amount charged at checkout. If this occurs, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method and you will receive an email confirmation.

This does not apply to every order, but it may happen occasionally depending on the final shipping and handling costs.
